Support Services: Technical support is available during specified business hours through designated channels.

Ownership: The HCMS platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Roshan Nursing Home and protected by international copyright laws.

Usage Rights: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the system for its intended purpose.

Restrictions: Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the system's content or code is strictly prohibited.

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Data Retention: Upon termination, user data will be handled according to our data retention policies and applicable laws.
